In order to process your prescription drug order in a quick
and timely manner, Canadamednet requires certain personal data
and credit card information. This include your name, address,
telephone number, date of birth, height, weight, gender, personal
and family medical history , existing medical conditions and
known drug allergies.
The information you provide to us when placing an order for
prescription drugs is shared only with those parties required
to process your order. For example, our affiliated Canadian
physician must review your medical data to authorize your prescription,
as per Canadian Law. Prescription information will not be released
to any one other than the patient and the authorized physician
caring for the patient. Prescriptions are filled utilizing the
Government of British Columbia's Pharmanet System.
To ship your order, your name and address must be disclosed
to Canada Post. We use the information you provide to confirm
shipment and delivery (e.g. by telephone, fax or e-mail)
When provided, e-mail addresses are used to answer requests
for information, to confirm the status of an order and to inform
you of any additions to our service. E-mail addresses are not
used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties.
